Mikael van Loon, VP, Finance
Mr. Van Loon has broad start-up and corporate finance experience including positions as CFO for Vinoterra Importers and Vanguard Development. He has been a financial advisor on multiple conservation projects including Tomichi Creek Wetlands and Ruyter Bay Land Partners, which donated $3M worth of land for the Nature Conservatory.

Robert S. Gruhn*, VP, Operations
Mr. Gruhnšs experience encompasses over 15 years of wireless metro and wide area networks deployment and operations in North America and Europe for Motorola, Western Wireless, Reflex and others. He oversees all engineering, product development, and operations for HDN.

Pamela Gerstein, Director, Customer Service
Pamela brings to the HDN team a thorough knowledge of customer service and support issues and an extensive background with all major CRM systems. She has held senior customer service and support positions at Symantec, Greentree Systems, and ePartners. Pamela is an expert in SalesLogix and Crystal Reports and has led user and sys admin training programs at numerous large enterprises.
