High Density Networks respects the privacy of its customers. Our staff, contractors and others who help us operate our service adheres to HDN's policy on privacy and fair information practices for online activities of HDN.

The security of personal information is a high priority at HDN. We maintain our service and associated data with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure.

HDN will not share customer information with any other organization unless customers grant specific prior permission to do so, or the disclosure is required by law or by legal process authorized by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Although there are no contracts or termination fees associated with HDN Internet services, customers are required to sign a User Agreement detailing the scope of service, "Rules of the Road," rights granted to HDN, payment obligations and credit card authorizations (for those accounts billed directly by HDN) and limitations of liability under California state law.
